The Research Experience & Applied Learning (REAL) Portal offers research, internship, international, service learning, entrepreneurial, leadership, and other co-curricular opportunities that help students build real-world skills by applying knowledge gained in the classroom. All campus departments now advertise their undergraduate research opportunities through REAL.
The Psychology Advising Office no longer manages psychology postings; to advertise PSYC 99/199 opportunities you will want to post on this University site.
General Information for Posting on REAL
To post opportunities on REAL you will need to complete the following steps:
1) Log onto REAL site as Faculty/Staff for UC San Diego faculty members, graduate students, or staff lab managers (Graduate students will need to login as Staff to create and submit opportunities)
2) Select "Post a REAL opportunity"
3) Fill out the REAL form (PDF example of how to fill out the form)
4) Submit opportunity by clicking "Save/Update Opportunity" (green button)
